When will I get my order?

Orders typically take 5–7 business days to be fulfilled and shipped. However, the delivery time may vary depending on your location. If you feel your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us at contact@medicbear.com .

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom and Europe.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about
your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at contact@medicbear.com .

What is on-demand production and why do you use it?

On-demand production means we create each item only after you order it. This approach helps us reduce waste and ensures that every piece of MedicBear clothing is made just for you. To learn more about this, check out our detailed article here.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you
quickly, please email us at contact@medicbear.com within a weeks' time with photos of the
damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

How do I know what size I wear?

Our clothing is designed to be unisex, which means it’s made to fit a wide range of body types. To determine your size, we recommend checking out our detailed size charts for each product. You can find these charts here.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your
neighbour’s, get in touch with us at contact@medicbear.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but
shipping will be at your own cost.

What’s your return policy?

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges because all our products are made specifically for you using our on-demand production model. This means we don’t keep stock and cannot process returns or exchanges. However, if there is any issue with your order, please contact us at contact@medicbear.com , and we will be happy to assist you!

Do you offer refunds?

We generally do not offer refunds. However, if you receive the wrong items or any items arrive damaged, please reach out to us at contact@medicbear.com with photos of the affected items. We’ll be happy to provide a free replacement for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges because our products are made specifically for you using an on-demand production model. This means we don’t keep stock, so we are unable to process exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit best, please check our sizing charts here.

Though rare, if an item you ordered was mislabeled, please contact us at contact@medicbear.com within a week of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll gladly send you a new one or issue a refund!

What are the recommended care instructions for my garments?

  • Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colours. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
  • Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
  • Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
  • Do not dry clean.

My package is marked as delivered, but I haven't received it yet. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order yet. Please email us at conact@medicbear.com, and our team will investigate the delivery status to determine whether your package was indeed delivered. In the meantime, please check for any additional delivery details or instructions that may have been left by the delivery staff.

Please note that we do not cover refunds for issues caused by carrier errors or theft at the door.
